Therapy Services

Talk Toomey  Háblame Speech Pathology Services offers a collaborative approach that includes parents, daycare providers, medical professionals, and anyone else involved in the client's care.  After the initial evaluation is completed, a comprehensive treatment plan will be implemented for those who qualify for services. Individualized treatment plans focus on building skills and confidence, making connections with information and people, and enhancing communication. Services include:

• Articulation and Phonology Evaluations and Treatment
• Language Evaluations, including, but not limited to,  assessment of the following: 
  • receptive and expressive language
  • executive functioning
  • word-finding
  • aphasia
  • apraxia of speech (childhood and acquired)
  • dysarthria
  • language processing
• Dysphagia Evaluations and Treatment for children and adults

Consultation

• Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Consultation: option to have SLP attend school IEP meetings or review IEP documentation
• School Consultation: collaboration with school-based SLP, teachers, and support staff
• Daycare Staff Training
